The COVID-19 situation in New Zealand is affecting us all

With Alert Level 2 in place as of tomorrow, we will be back open! Things will be run a little differently in store to ensure our staff and customers are kept safe.

  • Only two customers are allowed in-store at the same time
  • If you are waiting in the queue outside, please be one metre apart
  • You must come in alone.
  • Please use the sanitiser before going to the counter
  • Please sign in at the counter

 

Express loans

New customers

  •  We will be accepting new applications online from Monday 18th May

Existing customers

  • Apply on My Superloans
  • Once approved, we will send you the loan documents to be signed electronically
  • When we receive the signed contract, we will deposit the money into your account within the hour

 

Pawn loans

New loans

  • Call into the store with the item you want to pawn, and we value it while you wait
  • Once approved, we will get your bank account details, and you can leave the store
  • We will email you a copy of the contract within 15 minutes for you to sign electronically
  • When we receive the signed contract, we will deposit the money into your account within the hour

Loan payments

  • All payments must be made on the My Superloans app
  • Cash will not be accepted.
  • Pawn loan redemptions paid by the app can be collected the following day

Our team are working remotely from home, so are unable to talk to you directly, but are available from Monday till Friday from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. by Messenger or email. (Links below)
