The Superloans team are working hard to be able to assist you during this challenging time.

Our stores are now closed until the level 4 restrictions are lifted or relaxed, and our team are working remotely from home.

We are updating this page regularly so check back for updates.


Pawn loan customers

We don't want you to worry about items during the lockdown period. They are safe, we promise.

If you want to collect your item.

We're sorry. You are unable to redeem your items while the level 4 lockdown is in place. However, you can pay the redemption price at any time through the MySuperloans app and collect it as soon as we reopen when the restrictions are lifted.

If you want to extend your contract.

We don't want you to pay extra while the lockdown is in place, so if your item has expired, or is due to expire, jump on the MySuperloans app and extend your contract as you usually would, and we will give you an extra month for free automatically!


Express loan customers

We don't want you to worry. During the lockdown, our team have one job and one job only. To help you get through this difficult time.

If you have a loan and your income is affected

Contact your local branch, and they will do whatever they can to help you.

If you have an existing loan and your income isn't affected

If you need some extra cash, we may be able to help. Jump on the My Superloans app to see if you have a top-up available. If you are eligible, you can apply through the app, and one of the team will be in touch.

If you have recently finished repaying your loan

If your income isn't affected during the lockdown and you need some extra cash, we may be able to help. You can contact your local branch, and they will talk you through the process of applying for a new one. 


New customers

We're sorry. We will not be accepting new clients during the lockdown period, so we can focus on helping our existing customers the best we can.
