Superloans Privacy Policy

Superloans is committed to protecting your personal information and handling it in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store and protect your personal information when you interact with us.

Superloans, we, us, our refers to Superloans Limited (the company), its subsidiary companies and Superloans staff acting in their professional capacity.

Superloans Website means the primary Superloans website located at superloans.co.nz, together with any related sites operated by Superloans (including apply.superloans.co.nz and my.superloans.co.nz), and any online products, services, tools or functionality we provide. This definition also includes the official Superloans mobile applications available on iOS and Android, and any features, content, or services accessed through those applications.

Personal Information has the meaning given in the Privacy Act 2020, and includes any information about an identifiable individual.

Third-party service providers means organisations engaged by Superloans to support the delivery and operation of the Superloans Website.

When using bank statement retrieval and analysis providers, we do not receive or store your online banking login credentials. These credentials are provided directly to the third-party service provider and are not accessible to Superloans.

Where we collect information from a third party, we will take reasonable steps to notify you of the fact that we have collected your information.

We collect and use your personal information for the following purposes:

You may request a copy of your credit report directly from the credit reporting agency (www.centrix.co.nz) at any time.
