The friend reward scheme allows our Superloans customers to receive cash rewards for referring their friends to us. The following terms and conditions apply.
1. For you to get a cash reward, your friend must:
- be a new customer (never having taken out a loan with us at Superloans)
- have passed our verification checks
- taken out a loan.
2. Rewards will be paid in cash.
3. You can collect your cash reward as soon as your friend takes out a loan.
4. If you do not come in to the store with your friend or family member you must collect your cash reward:
- within 10 days of the date your friend got their loan
- from the same store that organised the loan.
5. The friend reward scheme cannot be used alongside any other Superloans promotion. Cash rewards from the friend reward scheme are not valid with any other offer.
6. We reserve the right to exclude you and any friend from the friend reward scheme and from our website. We will exercise this right if we believe you have made referrals not in good faith, but to benefit by abusing the terms or spirit of the friend reward scheme. If we decide to exclude you or your friend, we will not have to explain why.
7. We can suspend or void the friend reward scheme at any time. We can do this for any reason that we think is appropriate. Any liability we have to you will end when we tell you that we have suspended or voided the scheme.
8. You can raise a dispute with us. When we give you our decision, it will be final. Our decision will be final no matter how the dispute came about.
